Okay, So, I made these tonight, and I lined all of my cookie pans with parchment paper; the cookies turned out beautifully, The cookies were not universally shaped, and I'm not sure how to get them all one size, but they taste great. You really do have to be ready with the kisses, when the cookies come out and press them in immediately. The chocolate will start melting partially but harden up after about an hour to an hour and a half. Will be making these again.

Shape dough into 1 inch balls (I actually do 1 and 1/2 inch). Roll in sugar and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 10 to 12 minutes or until brown. Remove from oven and quickly press candies into top of cookies.
