Hi everyone,I bought the Deli pro knife with slicing guide from ILA, but I'm still not getting even slices, especially as I get toward the bottom of the slice. It says to slice slightly forward, (or some such phrase), so the slicing doesn't block the guide. Can anyone give me some pointers as to how to use this?
