Okay, so these are reuseable silicone muffin or cupcake liners? to be used
with reguar muffin pans or only with the silicone ones?

I buy them at the grocery store.
I think they come in three sizes. I believe each package has 12 of them.
When the cookies are done. Turn them over once they are cool and press
the middle to push them out.

You are right they are made of sylacone.
They should be in the baking aisle if my memory is correct.
