Yes, it is, meaning the smaller of the 2 bags, and the larger is 2 cups or
12 ounces.
to me, that is confusing! ordinarily, 1 cup of something to me is 8 ounces,
and 2 cups would be 16 ounces. could never figure all of this out, but the
bags are marked, which helps us out.
