My daughter makes a cobbler that has a crust on both sides. It's well
thin and on the crunchy side. She claims that's how a cobbler crust
should be. However, one's I've always had had soft crust.
Personally, I don't really care as long it tastes good.
A tart at least ones I've ever had are a small pie.
