Baked Cheddar Egg dish

 

2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded, 8 ounces 1/2 cup heavy cream

1/2 teaspoons salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

2 teaspoons prepared mustard

12 large eggs, lightly beaten

preheat oven to 325. Sprinkle cheese in a sprayed 13 x 9" baking dish.

Mix cream, 1/2 cup water, salt, pepper, and mustard. Pour half the

mixture over cheese. Add eggs; then, remaining milk mixture. Bake 30 to

35 minutes or until set.  Enjoy.
