Shannon, I don't have a recipe, but I think this would be pretty easy to make, and delicious too! I would brown some onion and garlic and maybe celery in some olive oil or butter, then I would add the turkey or chicken broth and bring it to a boil. I would make a roux of equal parts of softened butter and flour (say 3 TBSP. of each, and add it to the boiling broth, stirring until the broth thickens. I would stir in some cooked vegetables (broccoli and carrots or peas and carrots or whatever you like, and put all of that plus the chopped turkey in a baking dish. I would add about a half to 3 quarters of a cup of grated cheddar cheese to the mashed potatoes and spread them n top. Then, just bake at 350 for about a half hour. Hope it works, and hope you like it!

You could also use frozen pearl onions, instgead of the browned sliced or chopped onion, and cooked mushrooms, and you can increase your broth, if you don't feel like it's quite enough, with white wine!

I have some left over turkey and mashed potatoes. I would like a recipe to use both. I remember seeing a recipe like a shepherd's pie with the mashed potatoes on top. I also have chicken broth I can use. Thanks!
