You put the pancakes or waffles plates in before starting to cook. They

The George Foreman is a grill. It knocks out the fat. I love them. I've
had one for a long time. I wear them out actually. I'm on my fourth or
fifth one. I can cook on them twice a day sometimes. I make hot dogs,
hamburgers, bacon, small steaks, sausage, chicken breasts, and even French
fries. You can also do fish. I marinate the meat and cook it. You can buy
one for pancakes and waffles. You take the plates out and can cook different
things on it. Hope this helps.

Subject: [CnD] george forman gril
Hi,
a lot of people on this list talk about the George Forman. It sounds
interesting and I'd like to check if it is available in Israel, but first
I'd like to hear from people who use it. What exactly is the George Forman
and how does it work? Does it require a lot of oil? I cant do too much
deep frying for medical reasons.
Thanks
Sisi
