CAKE MIX SNICKERDOODLES 1 box yellow cake mix
2 eggs
1 stick butter, melted
Sugar and cinnamon, mixed to taste
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, mix together
the dry cake mix, eggs and butter.
2. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls. Roll balls in sugar and
cinnamon mixture.
3. Place balls on cookie sheet, about 2 inches apart. Flatten
gently with a glass dipped in the sugar and cinnamon mixture.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes; cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes.
Remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
