Hello there everyone.

I was making a side kicks dinner tonight and it asked for a cup of water and
a cup of milk. It wanted you to bring the water to almost a boil and then
add the milk and get warm then add the side kicks package. This is all fine
and dandy however how do you know how hot milk needs to be before it starts
curdling? I've only cooked with milk when adding it after a dish is done
like smashed potatos or Makoroni and Cheese. Just wondering if there is a
general rule when adding milk to hot liquids.

Thanks for the tips.
