Technically, what he brought home is considered whipped topping.
But the pie recipe sounds like it's calling for cool Whip. it's in a round
tub and is frozen. you thaw it out and just scoop it on top of the pie.
I'm not really picky. My mom buys the Ready Whip in a can for thanksgiving
pies and the like and and it tastes just as good as Cool Whip as far as I'm
concerned.
