Sheet Pan Coke Cake 1 cup butter (2 sticks)
> 2 cups plain flour > 1 3/4 cups sugar > 3 tablespoons Cocoa > 1 teaspoon baking soda > 1 teaspoon vanilla > 2 eggs > 1/2 cup buttermilk > 1 cup (10 oz.) coke > 1 1/2 cup small marshmallows > Combine all ingredients. Blend. Beat 1 minute on medium speed. > Bake in a 10 inch by 15 inch sheet pan 40 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Coke Cake Frosting 1/3 cup butter > 1/2 cup Coke > 1/3 cup cocoa > 1 box powdered sugar > 1 cup nuts > > Have ready when cake is done! Spread on hot cake that has been > left in pan. Cool and cut into squares. Enjoy.
