Hyssops otherwise known as Golden Seal is used when a cold gets into the 
chest and has to be cleared out.  The tea bags not the tincture are best 
used since the tincture is ineffective.  One bag for each cup and steep 15 
minutes.  No sweetener of any kind since that wipes the effectiveness out.  
Drink as quickly as possible since the tea smells like and tastes like 
10,000 year old farmer's socks!  This one is strictly medicinal.  I have 
had occasion to use it twice with good effect and have told others about 
it and was thanked for the information after they had consumed the tea.  
To get things going, drink two cups in the amount of time given on the 
box.  After the second cup, be somewhere you can loose that cold for a 
while since that will start your body coughing intensely and for a long
