Bacon Onion Drumsticks

 

¼ cup initation bacon bits

1/3 cup fine dry seasoned bread crumbs

1 and ½ cups instant minced onion

8 chicken drumsticks, rinced and patted dry

1 and 3/4 cups prepared ranch dressing

2 Tbsp. Butter or margarine, melted

 

Method

 

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and set aside.

3. Reserve 2 Tbsp. Bacon bits.

4. On sheet of waxed paper, combine bread crumbs, remaining bacon bits and 
onion.

5. Brush drumsticks with ¼ cup dressing and coat with crumb mixture.

6. Place on prepared baking sheet.

7. Drizzle with melted butter and bake 40 minutes.

8. Place remaining dressing in a small serving bowl and sprinkle with 

reserved bacon bits.

9. Serve as dip for drumsticks.
