Hi, All, I think it is easier to turn pancakes in a frying pan, because you can use the sides to guide you, and depending on the size of the pan, cook one at a time. Cook the pancake until the batter begins to get firm around the edges; then turn it over and cook the rest of the way. Hope this helps.
