Hi Cheryl and others, The muffins came out pretty good except that though I followed the recipe I only got 10 instead of the promised 12. May be I filled the cups too much. Now I'm off to prepare some oven fried trout for dinner. I'm in one of those cooking moods. Does anyone have a recipe for pumpkin an lentil soup?
