Irish Coffee
A generous spoonful of dark brown sugar in the bottom of the coffee cup
Enough hot coffee (maybe 2 tablespoons, to dissolve the sugar
Irish Whiskey, about a shot which is 1 1/2 ounces
fill the rest of the cup with hot coffee and stir
top with whipped cream and serve
There are irish coffee cups that are tall and slender, but you don't have to
have them to enjoy a great mug of Irish coffee.

Subject: [CnD] Irish coffee recipe request
Hi All,
Does anyone out there have a recipe for Irish coffee? Dale sent a recipe
to the list a couple of years ago because I had requested this same
recipe. I have since lost the recipe.
Your help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
Marleen
