Pumpkin Bundt Cake

 

Ingredients:

 

3 cups flour

2 tsp. Baking soda

2 tsp. Baking powder

3 tsp. Cinnamon

1 tsp. Salt

4 eggs, beaten

2 cups Sugar

1 1/4 cups Oil

2 cups cooked, mashed pumpkin

1/2 cup Chopped pecans

1/2 cup Chocolate chips

 

Method

 

1. Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder cinnamon and salt twice. 

2. Beat eggs and sugar together. 

3. Add oil and pumpkin, then blend in flour mixture. 

4. Fold in pecans and chocolate chips. 

5. Bake in greased and floured bundt pan at 350 degrees for 60 minutes. 

6. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto cooling rack.
