When a recipe refers to cocoa powder it means unsweetened unless
it specifies otherwise.

When a recipe calls for cocoa powder, to which type of powder are
they referring? I have a recipe that calls for cocoa powder, but
it does not specify whether or not it is to be unsweetened cocoa.
