I just made these muffins and they are very good. I left out the cinnamon as I 
wanted to smell and taste the blueberries and cinnamon, I think, takes over in 
some recipes.  I mashed the banana with a fork in the bowl, then dumped in the 
liquid then the dry  and mixed. I used paper liners and even right out of the 
oven they peeled right off. Unlike some muffins where they stick. I also only 
made have of the recipe as I only had one banana. I got 6 large muffins.

Banana Blueberry Muffins

2 Eggs
2 Extra-ripe bananas, mashed 
1 cup Brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup Oil 
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 1/4 cups Flour
2 teaspoons Baking powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
1 cup Blueberries

Combine bananas, eggs, sugar and oil until well blended in a bowl. 
Add vanilla. 
In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. 
Stir banana mixture into flour mixture until evenly moistened. 
Fold in blueberries 
Spoon batter into muffin cups. 
Bake at 350F oven 20 to 25 minutes or until a wooden
tooth pick inserted in center comes out clean. 
Makes 12 muffins
