Diabetic Peach Cobbler
Ingrediants: 4 cups fresh ripe peaches, peeled and sliced 1 1/3 cups Splenda, divided 1/2 cup butter (1 stick) 1 c. all purpose flour 2 teaspoons baking powder 1 cup milk Instructions: 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Combine peaches and 2/3 cup Splenda. 3. Allow standing until splenda is dissolved. 4. Melt butter in an 11 x 7 inch baking dish in the microwave. 5. In small bowl stir together 2/3 cup Splenda, flour, baking powder and milk. 6. stir until just mixed and then pour over butter, DO NOT STIR. 7. Spoon peaches over top. 8. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes. 9.
