Hi folks. I was wondering if it was possible to make fish dishes in the slow cooker as I know fish can overcook easily and this has something I've never tried. Any ideas of fish dishes to try out in the slow cooker would be appreciated as I hope to go to a seafood school for a short course at some time and want to try out new seafood ideas and do most of my cooking in the slow cooker.
