I'm about to have around 200 ripe peaches appear on the tree in my yard. I have a great cobbler recipe I got from this list. Plenty for snacks and morning cereal and giving away. Also I have a chicken and peaches recipe.
I would like to try peach salsa, but can't find a recipe. I imagine you cut up the peaches, add cut up roma tomatoes and maybe finely chopped onions. I'm not sure about the spices. I suppose I could just put them in a prepared non-chunky salsa. Anyone have any recipes?
