3 oz. Cream Cheese

1 cup confectioner’s sugar

1/3 cup plus 2 tbs. creamy peanut butter

½ cup milk

9 or 10 oz. Cool Whip

1 Graham Cracker Crust (I use the deep dish crust)

¼ cup chopped peanuts or ¼ cup chocolate morsels

 

Whip cream cheese at low speed until soft and fluffy.  Beat in sugar and
peanut butter at medium speed.  Slowly beat in milk.  

Fold in whipped topping and pour into pie crust.

Top with peanuts or chocolate morsels.  Cover and freeze until firm
