Subject: [CnD] Nutella-Peanutbutter Cookies
1/2 cup unsalted butter or shortening
1/4 cup nutella
1/4 cup peanutbutter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 large egg
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
*sift soda/powder through small wire seive
1, 1/2 cup sifted all purpose flour
*dark chocolate chips may be added if desired
Preheat oven to 350'F. Place parchment paper on cookie sheets.
Beat together butter, peanutbutter, nutella, sugars and egg.
Sift through seive soda and powder into mixture.
Blend in sifted flour.
Dough will be slightly sticky. Some additonal sifted flour may be
required
if dough is runny.
Roll into 1 inch balls and place on cookie sheet. Press slightly to
flatten.
Bake for 8 - 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool before transfering to air tight container.
