Laura, you might try using the same small frying pan and make your pancakes 1 at a time. Use a wide spatula to turn it. Cook on medium heat using 1/2 cup of batter. Cook for about 3 minutes then gently touch the top with your finger to see if the bottom is set. Turn and cook another 2 mintes before removing.
