Hi Laura. Thanks for that I will give it a try. Core I could just murder a fried egg right now. I wouldn't try pancakes either I'd be so nervous about flipping them but I've seen recipes on the list for baked ones. I love hand cut chips to which I think are called fries over there as chips are what we call crisps, but I'm afraid of doing those as I understand they need a lot of fat.
