Hi Shannon, I have one that's made by cusinart that is very user friendly. You take the cover off, pore the beans in the stainless steal bole, place the cover back on and hold down the button which is onto of the cover for about 20 seconds or so. Makes really good coffee. I forget the model number at the moment. If you want any more information just let me know.
