That's for those that like Eastern Carolina BBQ. I like the Western style
myself.

North Carolina Barbecue

3 to 4 pound pork loin roasst or shoulder roast
1 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup, plus 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1/4 cup, plus 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons red pepper flakes

Trim fat from pork. Place in slow cooker.
In a bowl, mix remaining ingredients and pour over the roast. Cover and cook
on high 5 hours, or on low 8 hours or until meat is tender but not dry.
Slice or break meat apart and serve drizzled with the cooking juices. If you
use the meat for sandwiches you should have enough for about 12 sandwiches.
