Well I'm looking for anything really. Don't know where to start. I agree with you about the cheese. I know thus far we've talked about recipes that call for milk so I need main dishes or baking recipes that I can cook with the soy or other milk. Joe

You can also get veggin margarine or earth balance. There are some cheeses that are soy based but personally I don't like them. If you have ideas I could probably help.
