A half a cup of sugar sounds like a lot to me. I make lemonade a lot because I have a lemon bush in my yard. My advice is to put the juice and water in a glass, then add the sugar a bit at a time until you think it's sweet enough. A fourth to a third cup of lemon juice for one glass sounds about right. Abby
