SPICY POTATO SOUP

 

1 pound ground beef

4 cups potatoes, peeled & cubed

1 small  onion, chopped

24 ounces tomato sauce

4 cups water

salt & pepper

1 teaspoon hot sauce

 

Method

 

1. Brown and drain ground beef.

2. Add remaining ingredients.

3. Bring to a boil. 

4. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender and soup thickens.
