Stuffed Meatloaf

1 pound ground beef

1 egg

1 onion chopped

½ cup bread crumbs or rolled oats

½ tsp. salt

¼ tsp. pepper

1/3 cup ketchup or barbecue sauce or liquid of your choice.

Stuffing: 2 slices bread cubed

2 tbsp. minced onion

2 tbsp. celery

1 tsp. poultry seasonings

2 tbsp. margarine.

Mix ground beef and next 6 ingredients.

Prepare bread stuffing.

Cook onion and celery in melted margarine.
Add to bread and seasoned mixture.
Place half of the meat mixture in bottom of a loaf pan.
Spread bread stuffing over top of meat.
Top with rest of meat mixture.
Bake for one hour at 350.
Later.
