This cheese log has the great savory taste of sun-dried tomatoes with the 
crisp fresh flavor of basil. It's lovely any time of day, and makes a great 
sandwich
spread too.

Ingredients

1-8oz tub
Vegan Gourmet Cream Cheese
1/4 c Sun-Dried Tomatoes, packed in oil
1 c Basil Leaves, loosely packed
1 tsp Lemon Juice

Instructions

In a food processor or blender, pulse the cream cheese, basil, and sun-dried 
tomatoes until tomatoes and basil are chopped and all are well combined. Add
lemon juice and pulse once more to combine. Spread in a log shape on a piece 
of parchment paper and place in freezer for no more than 30 minutes until
firm enough to hold its shape. When ready to remove, carefully roll mixture 
on parchment paper into a log shape. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
