I had planned on making some cookies today, and lo and behold, I
only had one egg and every recipe I had called for two. I did a
Google search and found out how to make a fake egg and it worked
fine. Here it is for future reference.
Fake Egg Substitute
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tablespoons flour
3 tablespoons water
Combine ingredients and mix together with a fork or whisk until
foamy. Use
in your recipe in place of an egg.
