This sounds good have you tried it with other fruit? If so does it turn out 
good?

BEAUTIFUL BRUNCH TREAT

 

2 pkg. crescent rolls

2 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese

1 egg yolk

1 lg. can drained crushed pineapple

 

Mix together cream cheese, egg yolk and pineapple. Place contents

of 1 crescent roll package on bottom of 9 x 13 inch greased pan.

Press to fit. Pour cheese and fruit mixture over. Put second

crescent roll on top. Brush top with beaten egg white then

generously dust with sugar and cinnamon. Bake 1/2 hour at 350

degrees. Serve either warm or room temperature.
