Debby, and all listeners, I recommend Cincinnati Chili. It is good. Here's what
we do.

Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef

2 cans kidney beans drained

Two cans tomatoes drained

2 cans tomato sauce

One envelope McCormic chili mix.

Add frozen vegitables in the crock for a real vegie chili.

It's easy.

Brown hamburger paddies on low and slow. About 6 minutes per side. Start stove
on high to give the hamburger paddies a god start before reducing to low heat.

When Hamburger is cooked move to the side. Empty all the drained ingredients
into the crock. Add chili mix and crumble the paddies into the chili. Mix well
with hands.

Cook on high for 3 hours. If you want longer 6 to 9 hours on low is perfect
