Syl's Chicken Pasta Salad

 

Ingrediants:

1 lb. Elbow Macaroni,(or spiral)

1 small Yello bell pepper(chopped)

1 small red pepper(chopped)

 ½ sm. Red onion, minced

1 Tomato, diced(optional)

1 Can Black Pitted Olives(sliced)

Salt to taste

Pepper, to taste

Garlic, to taste

1 cup Parmesan Cheese

4 pieces of Chicken(I use thighs, skinless, or with skin,as long the skin is 
removed before shredded)

2-3 sticks celery, chopped(to your taste)

Italian Salad Dressing, to taste

Salad Crouton's(optional)

 

Instructions:

Boil Chicken to tender(placing a fork to taste for tenderness)

Add all seasonings to taste.

I use garlic, lemon pepper, half a freshly squeezed lemon,and salt.

In a separate pot, boil pasta as directed, and drain under cool water to wash 
excess grit from pasta.

Shredd all chicken pieces, making sure that there is no skin, or bones left.

**note** boil chicken first, making it easier to boil**

Add chopped veggie & Cheese.

Mix well and serve when cool, placing Italian dressing at leasure.

Don't forget the crouton's.
