Jiffy Cornbread Casserole
"More souldful Recipies" Elizabeth Forkner 1 can (17-oz) whole corn 1 can (17-oz) creamed corn 1 c sour cream 1/2 c melted margarine 1 (8.5-oz) pkg Jiffy Corn Muffin mix 2 eggs Preheat oven 300 deg F. Drain can of whole corn. Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix thoroughly. Pour into 2-qt casserole dish. Bake 300 deg F 1 hr 40 mins. For added zing, add prepared green or hot chiles to mix.
