sugarless fruit pie 

 

                  1 can pineapple chunks

                  1 can sour cherries

                  1/4 c. cornstarch

                  1 sm. pkg. red diet jello

                  5 bananas

                  Artificial sweetener (Equal)

                  2 baked pie crusts

                  Optional: chopped pecans

                  Drain juice from pineapple and cherries. Add cornstarch to


                  juice and heat until thickened. Add diet jello and
artificial 

                  sweetener to taste. Add pineapple and cherries. When cool,


                  pour into cooked cool pie crusts. Slice bananas over top. 

                  Refrigerate.
