Hi, I purchased a Cuisinart oven a year or more ago and it is accessible.
It has push buttons for all the controls. You would need to make a sheet
for all the various controls. I do not remember the model number. I
purchased it from amazon, it was somewhat expensive but it is a large oven.
It also broils and is a convection oven. It ran around $150 to $175 I
think. hth
