AMBROSIA SALAD 

 

                  1 (16 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained

                  1 c. pineapple chunks, drained

                  1 c. flaked coconut

                  1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

                  1 c. dairy sour cream (or whip 1 envelope Dream Whip & add
1/4 

                  tsp. lemon juice)

                  1 c. sliced white grapes (optional)

                  1 sliced banana (optional)

                  Mix all ingredients together and chill several hours or 

                  overnight. Add banana just before serving. Yield 6 to 8 

                  servings.
