Yes, you can use a bendable plastic or papercup, pour the spice into a spoon held over the cup. Level with your finger if desired. Then bend the top of the cup into a point and pour the overage back into the spice bottle. You could also use a funnel. I recommend if using a spoon for measuring that you remove the shaker top.

hello :)
anyone got a good idea on how to measure spices?
spoon does not go into the spice bottle and such .. makes it hard to measure.
also, how hand get damp after dropping spices into the soup or
whatever is beeing prepared, makes it harder to feel the spice, and
also hard to get the spice off the hand.

any ideas ppl?
