Cheddar Cracker Spread
1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
3 tablespoons pickle relish
2 tablespoons minced onion
2 (5-ounce) cans HORMELĀ® chunk breast of chicken, ham, or turkey, drained
and flaked
3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped celery
40 buttery crackers
In medium bowl, stir together mayonnaise, relish, and onion. Add meat,
cheese, and celery. cover and refrigerate several hours. Spread on crackers.
Makes 20 (2 cracker) appetizers
