HOLIDAY PUMPKIN TRES LECHES CAKE 1 Box French Vanilla, (Duncan Hines or Betty Crocker 1 Pumpkin Spice Jell-O Instant Pudding & Pie Filling 2 tbsp Oil 8 eggs Water (amount called for each box) 4 ts. Vanilla Mix all ingredients together and pour into a rectangle pan and bake. Cool ten minutes. Bake according to box instructions,usually for 35-45 min at 350degrees.(check the box) 1 can Eagle Brand milk 1 cup Pumpkin Spice Flavored Creamer 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream (I use the purple HEB carton) Mix all three milks together. Use a fork and poke holes in the cake and pour milk mixture till fully absorbed. Refrigerate, before serving sprinkle Pecan on top of cake, Spread a thin layer of Cool Whip and also dust over the Whipping Cream (Pumpkin spice mixed and sugar).
