Bourban Balls
1 package vanilla wafer cookies (crush in plastic bag or blender)
1 cup chopped nuts, any type (I uses Pecans(
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup bourban
In large bowl combine all ingrediants, mix well and chill for 1
hour.
Shape mix in small balls and roll in confectioners sugar and
place in small
paper cups.
Place in holiday tins for gift giving.
Makes about 6 dozen
These taste better the longer they stay.

I'm looking for a recipe for burbon...My mother used to make them
durring the hollidays, but everyone needed some kind of candy chaser
for hers, and I'd kind of like to see what they are supposed to taste
like...I haven't tried candy yet...BTW, is there really a difference
between the meat thermometer and the candy thermometer...Well, except
for the fact that they are FOR tow different things...
