We are taking this recipe to two different Christmas parties. Tonight the featured meats will be fried chicken and hot wings. Tomorrow night the featured meats will be Smoked Turkey and a Honey Cured Ham. The salad really goes with any dish. We have also used the salad for cold dishes in the summer time as the salad is refrigerated. Mike
