I would also love to hear more about these. Never heard of them! However! Out of safety, one never should hold an item in their hand and cut! My son, who is sighted, did this one time, trying to cut a pear in mid air, and the knife just about grazed his finger! He did not need stitches, but it hurt! It is always best to put it on a plate or cutting board and chop away! Safety first!
