Thank you for the recipe. I did get a recipe for the Hawaiian Meatballs from
someone who made them for a Christmas party recently. They're the ones I had
and I wanted the recipe. So the person gave it to me. It's very simple. Here it
is

1 bag of Mama Lucia's meatballs, cook in microwave

Sauce

1 can chunk pineapple
Brown sugar to taste
Corn starch and water to thicken

Boil ingredients in pot for sauce, cook meatballs, put in slow cooker for a few
hours. Can add green pepper to sauce if you want.

I don't measure so these are approximate.
If anything looks off base like way to little please send any suggested
corrections.

Hawaiian MeatBalls

2 pounds combination or alone ground pork, beef, or turkey
1/2 cup onion chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/4 stock celery, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup rice wine vinigar
1/4 cup hot sauce (optional)
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
1 15 oz. can pineapple chunks including juice
2 eggs beaten
1 cup bread crumbs (you might only need 1/2 cup)
salt and black pepper to taste
1 cup water or broth

Mix all ingredients together reserving the pineapple juice and water.
Form into balls place in bottom of crockpot.
cover with water and pineapple juice.
Cook on high for 4 hours I think.
Sorry haven't made it for quite a while.
Eat with rice and garnish with green onion and herbs of your choice.
