It's been a while since I have used one. I think about 4 minutes on high
depending on your microwave. I would say between 3-4 minutes.

I have a 3- quart Pyrex portable with hot and cold packs. I can't
remember how long to heat the hot pack and can't seem to find it on the
Pyrex site. Does anyone know how long it should be heated?
